Patrick Mayette 

President & CEO

 

Patrick Mayette has been with PSE Group since 2007, moving from the Vice President of Sales to CEO in 2010. He has overseen the expansion of the business throughout the Midwest, Southeast and mid-Atlantic states, making PSE Group one of the largest distributors of Automotive and Specialty Coatings in the US.

Under his leadership, PSE Group has regularly been recognized as one of the nation’s top performing PB&E and Specialty Coatings distributors, providing best-in-class products and value-added services to their customers. He is tenacious about forming successful partnerships with customers, vendors and PSE Group team members to ensure the success of all parties.

Patrick has a BA from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Science from Central Michigan University.

Bob Wenzinger

Chief Operating Officer

 

Bob has been with the PSE Group since 2018 and currently serves as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.  Bob leads a talented team of operational professionals that help drive the success of our business that includes Purchasing, Warehouse Operations & Supply Chain, Branch Operations and Human Resources.

Bob has a BA from University of Toledo and an MBA from Marquette University.

Chris Kugler

Chief Sales Officer

 

Chris Kugler's career started with Saint-Gobain Abrasives in 2006, and later he worked for BASF Corporation. At both companies, Chris served as a sales leader managing a broad team in diverse markets. In his role at PSE Group, he is responsible for managing the sales leadership team, business development and technical group for both the automotive and specialty coatings segments.

Chris has a BA from Northwood University, an MBA from Wayne State University – Mike Ilitch School of Business, and an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

Brian Fringer

Chief Accounting Officer

 

Brian Fringer is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 28 years of experience as a Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. For the past 11 years, Brian has been a key member of the PSE Group, where he leads the Accounts Payable and Receivable departments. His expertise includes 17 years in a variety of functions in inventory management and distribution.
 
Prior to joining PSE Group, Brian held roles at Evigna, a promotional products company, and I*Logic, a program management firm working with major automotive manufacturers. He also has experience managing Department of Defense and government contracts. Brian holds a BA from Walsh College of Michigan.

Tareq Falah

Chief Information Officer

 

Tareq Falah servers as the Chief Information Officer for PSE Group.  He is an accomplished technology strategist and leader with over 26 years of experience across numerous industries.  Tareq is focused on leveraging technology to provide new opportunities for PSE Group to achieve their goals, developing efficiencies through technology to support growth and protecting the organization by instituting a proactive cybersecurity posture throughout the company.  

Tareq holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Weber State University as well as an MBA from Western Governor's University.  Additionally, Tareq has been recognized as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Amy Post

Vice President of Marketing

 

A graduate of Grand Valley State University in Michigan, Amy began her career as a news reporter and eventually took her passion for storytelling into creating compelling marketing content. Her core skillset is crafting digital marketing strategies and tech stack development, but she now carries a wide range of expertise in other areas like partner marketing, brand development and internal communications management.

Amy and her team focus on building brand, customer, and partner marketing programs for PSE Group.

Vice President of Human Resources

 

Laila Powers is a seasoned HR executive with over 25 years of invaluable experience in the field, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles. With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in management, Laila has successfully overseen HR operations across multistate industries including Transportation, Oil and Gas, EMS, and Retail. Her expertise extends to navigating complex mergers and acquisitions over the course of 8 years, thriving in fast-paced environments combined with organic growth.

Laila is recognized for her proficiency in driving process improvements, fostering robust employee relations, managing payroll and benefits, executing comprehensive corporate training programs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards. Her strategic leadership and deep industry knowledge have consistently contributed to organizational excellence and sustained business success.

Steve Nolan

Vice President of Purchasing and Warehouse Management

 

Steve Nolan joined PSE Group in 2006 as the Company's Vice President of Purchasing and Warehouse Management. He leads both the procurement and warehouse management teams that drives PSE's procurement, warehouse management, and partner relationship strategy. 

Prior to PSE Group, Steve has served in various supply-chain leadership roles in the Paint, Body, and Equipment (PBE) industry.
